Terms of Service

Last updated 1 May 2026

These terms describe how CoinPoint provides exchange and payment services. By initiating a transaction you confirm that you have read and fully accept them.

1. General Provisions

CoinPoint is an online cryptocurrency exchange and payment facilitation service operating via SEPA/SWIFT. Services are provided under the terms of this public offer agreement.

By starting an exchange or submitting a request through the Telegram bot, you (hereinafter — "Client") enter into an agreement with the service on the terms set out below, and confirm your legal capacity and right to dispose of the transferred funds.

2. Exchange Terms and Rate Lock

The rate for a selected direction is formed on the basis of market quotes and is updated automatically. The rate displayed on the order page reflects the current rate at the time the order is created.

Once an order is created, the rate is locked for a limited time as indicated in the order. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be recalculated at the new rate or cancelled.

A transaction is deemed completed from the moment funds are sent to the details provided by the Client. Blockchain network fees and payment system fees are deducted from the transfer amount unless stated otherwise in the order.

3. Client Identification

For certain directions and when threshold amounts are exceeded, the service may request identity verification and confirmation of the source of funds. Details are provided in the KYC/AML Policy.

Execution of an order may be suspended until the requested verification is complete. Refusal to provide documents is grounds for cancelling the transaction and returning the funds minus any incurred costs.

4. Prohibited Use

Using the service for transactions involving funds derived from criminal activity, financing prohibited activities, or by clients from jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions is strictly prohibited.

  • funds connected with fraud, extortion, or any other illegal activity;
  • automated requests or attempts to manipulate rates or reserves;
  • providing false information about yourself or the purpose of the payment.

5. Risks and Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency transactions involve volatility and irreversibility of transfers. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided payment details; the service bears no liability for transfers sent to incorrectly specified addresses.

The service is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, correspondent bank actions, or force majeure events. The service's total liability is limited to the amount of the corresponding transaction.

6. Amendments

The service reserves the right to amend these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Changes take effect upon publication and do not apply retroactively to already completed transactions.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. The version of the terms in effect at the time an order was created applies to that transaction.

7. Contacts

Direct any questions about transactions and complaints through the Contacts section or via Telegram. We aim to respond within one business day.
